This website, nusapenidafastferry.com, is operated by PT. Bali Reservasi Indonesia (“Bali RSV”). By using this website and its services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

General Policy

  • All ticket prices and schedules displayed are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
  • Confirmation of booking occurs only after full payment is received and verified.
  • All departure times are listed in Bali local time (GMT+8).
  • Customer support is available daily from 08:00–22:00 WITA via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
  • Nusa Penida Fast Ferry acts as an agent for boat operators and is not liable for operator schedule or service changes.

Insurance

Tickets do not include personal travel insurance. All boat operators carry their own limited insurance policies. Passengers are encouraged to purchase additional personal insurance.

Luggage Allowance

Each passenger is allowed two items of luggage with a total maximum weight of 20 kg. Excess baggage is subject to additional charges at the operator’s discretion.

Delays, Schedule & Weather

  • Operators reserve the right to adjust departure times or cancel trips due to technical issues, weather conditions, or other operational reasons.
  • Bali RSV and Nusa Penida Fast Ferry are not liable for such changes or any resulting costs.

Check-in & Boarding

  • Failure to check in on time or no-show will result in loss of ticket with no refund.
  • Valid ID (passport or national ID card) is required for check-in.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 7 days before departure: 100% refund
  • 3–7 days before departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 48 hours before departure: Non-refundable
  • No-show: No refund

Chargebacks

Once tickets have been issued and services provided, chargebacks are not permitted. Any disputes must be resolved directly with our customer service team.
